  • How do I get more customers? – We can work with you to develop a marketing plan to identify your ideal customers and then get them to speak to you.
  • How do I keep my current customers? - You may want them to buy more from you, or just keep them loyal. We can help you with this.
  • Does my marketing work? – We can help you measure the return on your marketing. Cheap marketing isn’t always the best – you need to know what’s working for you so you can do more of it.
  • Is my price right? – We’ll look at the effects of putting your price up or down? What is the “magic” price? If you’re underpricing, how do you put your prices up without losing customers?
  • I set plans, but I never stick to them – Perhaps you need a critical friend to meet with and keep you on track. The best plans are worth nothing if they get ignored – they need to be implemented. We’ll hold you to account to make sure you get stuff done.
  • How am I doing? – We can produce management accounts so you know exactly how you’re performing financially and against other key indicators. It’s not just cash and profits, it could be number of customers or return on a marketing campaign. We’ll work with you to identify what’s important to you…and track it.
